Exchanges and Damaged Merchandise
If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply follow the return policy that is listed. All returns or exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the initial order date. All items must be returned in the original packaging in unused condition accompanied by the original packing slip. In the event your order arrives damaged or defective, please call 404-918-2448 to notify us, and we will be happy to send replacement(s) at no additional cost. You should receive your replacement item(s) in 10 to 14 business days of the receipt of your request.
SHIPPING INFO
Our items are shipped to you free using USPS ®. You will receive your merchandise in 10 to 14 business days after we receive and process your order. We will attempt to notify you if there is any problem with your order. Please include a daytime phone number and an email address through www.thejazzsippersconsortium.org sign-up so that we have more than one contact method to reach you. If this information is not provided, we will not be able to contact you if your item is sold out and your order will not be placed. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes: if you choose to indicate a P.O. Box for your shipping address, we will also not be able to guarantee your delivery in 10 to 14 business days. We cannot ship to addresses outside of the continental United States.
